**Position**: Receptionist
**Key Responsibilities**:
Greeting and assisting patients and visitors upon their arrival.
Answering phone calls, forwarding them as necessary, and managing appointments.
Providing information about our services and facilities.
Managing patient records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Performing general administrative duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
Assisting in the preparation of hospital reports and presentations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Minimum qualification: Graduation.
Sound knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong typing skills and computer savvy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and a customer-centric attitude.
Knowledge of basic office management and administrative procedures.
**Salary**:
INR 13,000 to INR 18,000 per month. **The final package will be determined based on experience and qualifications.**
