**Technical Drawings Creation**: Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections based on the interior designer's concepts and specifications. These drawings serve as a blueprint for the construction and implementation of interior design projects.

**Space Planning**: Collaborate with the interior design team to understand spatial requirements and effectively translate them into well-organized and functional space layouts in the technical drawings.

**Furniture and Fixture Layouts**: Incorporate furniture, fixtures, and fittings into the floor plans, ensuring proper placement and adherence to the overall design aesthetic.

**Detailed Elevations**: Create elevations that showcase specific design elements, including wall treatments, cabinetry, and other interior features, with accurate dimensions and detailing.

**Cross-Sectional Drawings**: Develop cross-sectional drawings that illustrate the vertical composition of interior spaces, highlighting structural elements and design details.

**Material and Finishes Specifications**: Indicate the materials, finishes, and textures to be used for various interior components, providing clarity for contractors and vendors during implementation.

**Joinery and Millwork Detailing**: Provide detailed drawings and specifications for custom joinery, millwork, and built-in furniture pieces, ensuring precision in their fabrication.

**Coordination with Design Team**: Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and other professionals to understand design intent and incorporate design changes into the technical drawings.

**Code and Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that the technical drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable to interior design projects.

**Revision Management**: Manage and track revisions to technical drawings, keeping them up-to-date with design changes throughout the project lifecycle.

**Quality Control**: Conduct thorough reviews of your own work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design guidelines before sharing with the design team and other stakeholders.

**Software Proficiency**: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, to create and modify technical drawings efficiently.

**Project Documentation**: Maintain organized documentation of all technical drawings, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.

**Communication**: Effectively communicate and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to address any queries related to the technical drawings.
