**JOB PROFILE**
- Qualified & Semi Qualified CA

**JOB SUMMARY**

Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation compliances within the statutory timelines as per the law.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparation of simple to complex Tax Returns for Individuals & Business concerns
- Finalising Accounts & providing Consultancy
- Preparation of Financial Statements in Schedule III Format
- Filing of Form 3CD
- Filing ROC Forms & Other MCA Compliances
- Drafting reply letters and compiling documents for Income Tax Scrutiny, appeal etc
- Filing of TDS Returns, GST Returns (Monthly GSTR1 & GSTR 3B and Annual Returns 9 & 9C)
- Preparation of Provisional & Projected Financial Statements
- Conducting Internal Audit & Preparing Internal Audit Reports

**EXPERIENCE - **Minimum 1 Year experience after Articleship

**SALARY PACKAGE**:
