- What will your day to day role involve?_
- Responsibilities_
- _Perform Vendor Master Data Management activities (vendor creation/extension/updates) using the SAP and CRM workflow tool according to the customer agreed procedures_
- _Reception and verification of VMD requests_
- _Check if the vendor form was accurately filled in and to build/modify the vendor in the VDM tool_
- _Analyze completeness of VMD requests according to the SOP procedures_
- _Initiating the vendor request and routing if for Procurement approval, if necessary_
- _Collecting the documentation from the vendor containing all the information needed for the vendor to be implemented in the system_
- _Answer supplier/ local business questions and advise_
- _Build good rapport with clients/vendors, finance teams and category/commodity managers_
- _Generating periodical and ad-hoc reports_
- _Ensuring that the services are as per the contracts_
- _Running efficiently internal / external customers & partners_
- _Troubleshoot master data related issues collaborating with business and IT teams_
- _Meet and exceed SLA and data quality / accuracy requirements_
- _Perform master data harmonization and enrichment activities aligning to business rules_
- _Actively participate and contribute on process improvement initiatives and project activities_

- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Good knowledge of English, min B2;_
- _Good master data management / end-to-end procurement process knowledge_
- _Good knowledge in MS-Office_
- _Detailed orientated_
- _Experience and awareness of working in cross functional teams_
- _Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadline_
