Sampling Merchandiser

As a **New Product Development (Sampling)** Person at **Brick Brown**, you'll be responsible for driving new product initiatives and managing the outsourcing of product ranges. This role requires a **solid grasp of CAD drawing, along with a deep understanding of materials like wood and metal, as well as their finishes.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the **development of new products**, coordinating with the design team to transform concepts into tangible product samples.
- Manage the end-to-end **outsourcing of products**, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timely deliveries.
- Interpret CAD drawings proficiently to create feasible and accurate product prototypes.
- Assess and analyze materials, particularly wood and metal, understanding their properties and finishes to optimize product development.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in new product development and outsourcing, preferably **in the furniture or home decor industry**.
- Undestanding of CAD drawings.
- Strong understanding of wood and metal materials, finishes, and properties relevant to furniture and home decor.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to sampling and product development.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
