Te Auditor

**Job Title: SA Textile Exchange Auditor**

**Department: CSR**

**Location: Noida**

**Responsibilities**:

- Take necessary preparation before going to the audit (through collecting required information, equipment, and document)
- To execute Audit on the basis of **Global Organic Textile Standard** and Standards of **Textile Exchange**.
- Prepare reports of audit.
- Evaluation of reports.
- Conducting on-site audits as a leader or a member of the audit team - Performing all audit procedures, such as opening meeting, factory tour, workers interview, documents review, closing meeting etc. as per the guidelines / Field instructions.
- Conduct audit according to the client’s requirement/ local law/ general working procedure.
- Prepare and submit high quality audit report within stipulated timeframe.
- Ensure data/ information/ digital image inclusion in the report as per work instruction.
- Review new client requirements and changes in law and make available for use.
- Coordinate with superiors and coordinators for flawless audit execution.
- Attend necessary training and always keep updated in relevant fields.
- Coordinate with back office staff/agents for timely arrangements for out station travelling.
- Fully understand and comply with the requirements of ISO 17020 standards such as controlling and filing of all relevant documents, draft and final audit reports.

**Required Skills/ Educational Requirements**
- Soft skills: Good negotiation and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of computers
- A university degree and above

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Experience in audits (social compliance / factory evaluation) in a buying office, factory or third party.
- Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulation, Industrial EHS requirements, Quality and Production systems.
- Exposure to SA 8000 / WRAP and other environmental standards.
- Preference if he/she is approved for SMETA and BSCI Audits/ APSCA registered.
- Willingness to travel extensively for short/long periods of time.

Required Certification
- Any certification like WRAP/ Amfori BSCI / APSCA registered
