**Brief Profile of Accounts Manager**

**Responsibilities**
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Managing financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Liaisoning with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- Developing Customer Relation Management with appropriate contacts with, statutory organizations
- keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
- Handle the Accounts, Taxation and other related Commercial activities of the company.
- Handling the Accounting Transactions, Finalizations of Books of Accounts & Trials, Preparation of Balance Sheets & Profit & Loss Accounts etc
- Account reconciliation, Inter Company Transaction / Inter Unit Transaction, Bank Reconciliation and Accounting Adjustments.
- Performing Timely Closing of Books of Accounts and Prepare financial Statements and Schedules.
- Planning & Implementation of Costing Procedure, MIS, Budgeting Control & Observances of Variance and reporting.
- Preparation & filing of GST returns, Income Tax return, P.Tax, PF, ESIC etc and compliances thereof.
- Monitoring TDS & data Compilation, e-TDS Return filings, Annual Return & issuance of certificate, its Compliances.
- Preparation of MIS Report for management & 26AS quarterly reconciliation
- Compiling data and documentations for audit and liaisoning with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
