Regional Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned region.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Highlight the features and benefits of our refrigeration products.
- **Sales Quotas and Targets**:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and market trends.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the refrigeration or automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the South Kerala market, especially in Palakkad, is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
