**Job Description-(Store-Officer)**

1. To receive, segregate, identify and properly store all RM, PM coming from supplier.

2. To carry out dispensing of raw material activity.

3. To issue material to production department for use in manufacturing activities.

4. To maintain all records of receipt and issue in SAP system.

5. To prepare all necessary reports pertaining to RM/PM.

6. To ensure compliance with GMP, safety procedures.

7. To maintain all GMP records.

8. To carry out physical verification of stock as per schedule.

9. Safe unloading of solvent received in tankers.

10. Receipt activity to be carried out in absence of WH officer.

11. Co-ordination for intermediate goods receipts with production, quality control & quality assurance department.

12. Filling of documents online.

13. Any other job responsibilities assigned by management from time to time
