Key Responsibilities:
- Execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Puppiezo’s store
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement digital campaigns
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in optimizing product listings and content
- Support customer service efforts for online shoppers
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software
- Understanding of payment gateways and e-commerce security best practices
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tools
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Basic understanding of API integrations for e-commerce ecosystems
**Required Skills**:
- 2-3 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of current e-commerce trends and best practices
Additional skills:
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
- Understanding of mobile commerce and responsive design principles
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
