Office Administrator

Job Description: -Admin / Purchase profile
- **Handle office operations, maintenance and filing work**:
- Coordinate with government offices and lawyer office
- **Ensure proper filling of records**:
- Compare and Evaluate offers from different vendors
- **Negotiate Terms and conditions and pricing of different real estate materials** Coordination for timely delivery of materials
- **Check and ensure quality of materials as per given orders**:
- Monitor stock levels and place orders
- **Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis and maintain purchase records**
**Qualifications**:
- Purchase department / Administrative department experience of 1 year at reputed company
- **Bachelor's degree / Diploma shall be preferable**:
- **Should be fluent in Gujarati**:
- Should have the knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
- **Two wheeler license mandatory**:
- **Job Details**: Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm including Lunch break
- **Will be positioned at Head Office**:
- **If needed, two wheeler can be provided from the company**
