As a Staff Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and working in cross-functional teams to translate algorithms into commercially viable products and services.
- End to end accountability - Translating business requirement to data science problem, gathering and analyzing data, building prototypes, proposing & implementing data science solutions to address the business needs.
- Articulating & visually presenting the solutions, insights and recommendations to stakeholders and audiences of varying levels of technical sophistication.
- Initiating and proposing unique and promising modeling features, develop new and innovative algorithms and technologies, pursuing patents where appropriate.
- Driving best practices and trending capabilities to drive efficiency and productivity across data science solutions.
- Independently deliver & guide the team on ambiguous and challenging large scale problems.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Masters Degree or Ph.D in Computer Science or Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Analytics field with atleast 6+ years data scientist hands on in Machine learning and deep learning.
- Have Demonstrated experience with high-level languages, frameworks, libraries such as Python, numPy, Pandas, etc
- Have Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of Deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe, CNTK, etc
- Have Ability to relate the domain knowledge, business context to Advanced Analytics arena & drive the outcomes.
- Have Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to explain to both technical and non-technical audience.
