As a UI/DevOps Architect you will play a pivotal role in shaping both the user interface design and the DevOps practices of our SRIMS products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, product managers, and operations, to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our development and deployment pipelines.
UI Design Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring consistency and adherence to design principles and best practices.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers to translate user requirements and wireframes into interactive and visually stunning user interfaces.
- Prototyping: Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to test and validate design concepts and ideas.
- Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and integrate with back-end systems and APIs.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize UI components and assets for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for UI design patterns, guidelines, and best practices.
- DevOps Strategy: Develop and implement DevOps strategies and practices to streamline the development, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Automation: Implement automation for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management to achieve continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) goals.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement IaC principles to manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of UI components with the DevOps pipeline.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of UI components and DevOps processes to ensure a high level of quality and consistency.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UI designers, developers, and DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/DevOps Architect or similar roles with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI design and DevOps skills.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong knowledge of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack).
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, automation, and IaC.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
