**The Role**: Executive Assistant and DTS India site engagement, DTS India

**The Team**: IT- SGA Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner (Meetings, location updates shared by leader, ask for data)
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings that require global connect
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Track/submit corporate expenses and prepare monthly summary as applicable
Responsible for management of Executive/Client visit agenda for the supporting executive. Arrange corporate events - team building, dinner meet etc
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

**What We’re Looking For**:
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Quick Learner of S&P processes
Required to support Global Execs ( India and EST)

**Basic Qualifications**: Any Graduate

**Grade/Level**: 6

**The Location**: Hyderabad #LI-RS2
