J340 - LC MANAGEMENT Draft lc checking received from the customers, sending changes request to the customer, follow up with customers for transmitted copy, rechecking transmitted lc copy and verify if okay and advise for amendment if required, sending amendment requested to the customers in case of delay of shipment, follow-up with bank for original l/c and amendment and update accordingly. Confirmation if any to be added in the l/c, preparing request letter for adding confirmation and sending it to the bank, follow-up with bank for adding confirmation. PRE SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS preparing pre shipment documents along with annexure copy as per l/c for customs purpose, checking shipping bill and finalized, checking safta certificate (if required) as per l/c terms, checking pre shipment inspection certificate as per l/c and finalised, checking sgs certificate as per l/c and finalised POST SHIPMENT DOCUMENT / BANK DOCUMENTS preparing commercial invoice and packing list as per l/c along with annexure, preparing draft transport documents and finalized, checking insurance certificate and finalized the same, checking draft b/l as per l/c and finalized, preparing certificate of origin, checking r/r copy and preparing annexure to r/r copy. Sending scan copy of shipping documents to the customers. Preparing beneficiary certificate and all other certificate as per lc terms, preparing bank document as per l/c and sending to bank.
