**Job Description and KRA for School Vice-Principal**:
The School Vice-Principal typically includes range of responsibilities related to supporting the overall administration & management of the school. Vice-Principal will report to the principal of the school.

The responsibilities for the **Vice-Principal** detailed out as below:
Administrative Leadership
- Assist the principal in the overall administration and management of the school.
- Collaborate with the principal in developing and implementing school policies and procedures.
- Handle disciplinary issues, working closely with teachers, staff, and students to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.

Curriculum Development
- Support the principal and academic staff in curriculum planning and development.
- Ensure that the curriculum aligns with educational standards and guidelines.
- Oversee the implementation of educational programs and initiatives.

Teacher Supervision & Evaluation
- Observe and evaluate teachers' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their skills.
- Support new and experienced teachers in their professional growth.

Students Support & Engagement
- Address student academic and behavioral concerns in collaboration with teachers and parents.
- Oversee student activities, clubs, and events to promote a positive school culture.
- Work with counsellors and other support staff to address the social and emotional needs of students.

Parents & Community Relations
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about school policies, events, and their child's progress.
- Foster positive relationships with the local community and seek ways to involve parents in school activities.

Budget and Resource Management
- Assist in budget planning and financial management.
- Manage resources efficiently, ensuring that educational materials and facilities are well-maintained.

Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze student performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports for the principal, school board, and other stakeholders as required.

Professional Development
- Pursue professional development opportunities to stay informed about educational trends and best practices.
- Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Master's degree in education or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of educational policies, curriculum development, and school administration.
- Previous experience of over 5 years as a teacher, with a solid understanding of classroom dynamics and curriculum development.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
