**About Us**:
De Sales Language Academy, located within the De Sales Music Academy Complex in Bangalore, is a premier provider of language training programs. We offer a wide range of language courses aimed at professionals, students, and individuals seeking to enhance their communication skills. We are now looking for an experienced **Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Content Writing Executive** to join our growing team. This role combines digital marketing expertise, lead generation skills, and content creation to help us attract new students and grow our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, content marketing, and social media ads) to drive qualified traffic and generate leads.
- **SEO & SEM**: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page and off-page SEO, and manage paid search (Google Ads) campaigns to improve organic search visibility and paid ad performance.
- **Content Creation & Optimization**: Create high-quality, engaging content for landing pages, blogs, social media posts, and lead magnets. Develop content that resonates with our target audience and effectively converts visitors into leads.
- **Blog Writing & Copywriting**: Write informative and engaging blog posts related to language learning, course offerings, and language proficiency. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and tailored to our audience’s interests and needs.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the Academy’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive student enrollment.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of content and digital marketing strategies, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- **Market Research & Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and the language education industry. Identify new opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve performance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and content creation, ideally in the education or training sector.
- Strong content writing skills with experience in writing for blogs, websites, landing pages, and social media. Ability to produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
- Ability to manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and measure performance against KPIs.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and the ability to create content tailored to each platform.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing are a plus.
- Experience writing for educational services or training programs is an advantage.
