Pizza Maker

As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and crafting delicious pizzas to meet our customers' expectations. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and taste of our pizzas, which contributes to the overall success of our restaurant or pizzeria. You will work as part of a team and report to the kitchen manager or head chef.

Key Responsibilities:
Pizza Preparation: Accurately measure and assemble ingredients, including dough, sauces, cheeses, and various toppings, following established recipes and guidelines.

Dough Handling: Prepare pizza dough by kneading, stretching, and shaping it into the desired size and thickness, ensuring uniformity and consistency.

Toppings Arrangement: Arrange toppings on pizzas according to the order specifications, ensuring even distribution and appealing presentation.

Cooking: Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure that pizzas are baked to perfection, maintaining the right cooking time and temperature.

Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that only top-notch, fresh, and high-quality ingredients are used in pizza preparation.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Keep the pizza preparation area clean, sanitized, and well-organized at all times, following food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Stock Management: Monitor and restock pizza ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring availability during peak business hours.

Order Handling: Work efficiently to fulfill customer orders promptly, coordinating with servers and other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of pizzas.

Customer Service: Collaborate with front-of-house staff to fulfill special customer requests and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.

Adaptability: Be willing to cross-train and assist in other kitchen tasks when needed, such as preparing salads or other menu items.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
