Job Overview: The Pharmaceuticals Third-Party Manufacturing Sales Executive will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with pharmaceutical companies seeking third-party manufacturing solutions. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their manufacturing needs, and guiding them through the process of utilizing our manufacturing services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with pharmaceutical companies seeking third-party manufacturing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their manufacturing requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure the seamless execution of manufacturing projects.
- Present and explain the company's capabilities, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance to potential clients.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, quotations, and proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company policies.
- Monitor industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay competitive in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project statuses using CRM software.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in third-party manufacturing or contract manufacturing services.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
