**JD for Asst/Sales Manager/Sr. Manager (1-5 Yrs)**
**Job Description/Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Generate Potential Leads through Cold Calls
- Manage client queries over the call and convert the conversation into a F2F meeting.
- Ensure the key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.
- Engage and guide the prospect's leads till it closes.
- Pay attention to customers' on-site visits and make sure that customer is briefed in detail about the project.
- Convert prospects into buyers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with their interaction with Property First at all touch points.
- Ability to take prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Builder or with Property First Developer Relations Team for any clarification required for that
- Illustrate the market conditions, price, project, and negotiation processes, and offer the client fair and honest dealing.
- Expand understanding of real estate markets and best practices
- Take ownership of responsibilities.
- Takes an active interest in coaching others
- Manage daily calls, customer inquiries, and updates in MS Excel/CRM
- Actively listen and correctly interpret messages.
- Awareness of initiating and engaging sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Resolve the problem and understand the clients through follow-ups and good relationships.
- Build a first impression with the client and will convenience and indulge them into visiting the sites.
- Sought advice from subordinates, peers, and leaders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
