- We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process including different invoice types (Manual, Consolidated and Automated). In this role, you will be encouraged to work on strict deadlines, in a fast paced business environment._
- Responsibilities_
- _Responsible for meeting own targets with team targets_
- _Collaborating working with cross functional teams_
- _Identify and resolve customer queries & disputes_
- _Should be able to understand the issues raised by the team and getting them resolve_
- _Provide support for all Dispensing RMA requests_
- _Manage incoming RMA requests for strategy, creation, processing and validation_
- _Analyze data according to RMA protocol and provide results to Sales_
- _Coordinate and create de-implementation timelines_
- _Coordinate scheduling of physical pick up with logistics_
- _Systematically terminate the billing of returned units once the unit(s) are physically returned_
- _Determine if the return request should follow RMA protocol or CSO protocol_
- _Escalate nonstandard return requests for approval_
- _Communicate and properly set the expectation of when billing will cease for a return order_
- _Maintain current knowledge of Dispensing business strategy and contracting practices, policies and procedures including but not limit to the following:_
- o sales cycle_
- o installation and applicable implementation procedures_
- o billing/revenue management_
- o system and transactional procedures_
- _General understanding of capital equipment revenue recognition guidelines and accounting principles._
- _Proactively manage and prioritize work within your queue to effectively execute on daily operations_
- _Track and report on pending workload_
- _Participate in departmental goal-setting and seeing through to completion_
- _Participate in peer training and peer review activates as needed_
- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _B.Com graduation_
- _Meaningful work experience in Collections_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Excellent Interpersonal Skills_
- _SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports from SAP would be an added advantage_
