**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Nutritionist counsellor has to counsel the patients on-call depending upon the process/ project.
- To keep the records of the patients in the excel & CRM in set format.
- Coordinate with the patients and client, keep follow-up and provide information of the patient.
- Provide the diet/ counselling as per the project specification.
- Should be able To Communicate with Patients/Clients/Doctors.
- Must be good with basic Excel and computer skills initial training will be provided.
