Overview
As a Sales Associate at Amarnath Construction LLP, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, conducting property tours, providing product information, and closing deals. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, foster strong customer relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
Engage with prospective customers and conduct property tours to showcase the features and benefits of our properties.
Provide accurate and detailed information about the projects, pricing, payment plans, and available options to potential buyers.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Follow up with leads, answer queries, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget requirements to provide personalized solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales service.
Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates, address concerns, and promote customer retention.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Conduct research to identify potential target markets and customer segments.
Analyze customer feedback, market data, and sales trends to provide insights for sales strategies and product enhancements.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
Provide feedback on marketing campaigns and promotional activities to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Prepare sales reports, including sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Flexibility to work on weekends and travel as needed.
