**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Assist in managing and growing our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Content Creation**: Help create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts for social media and other marketing channels.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- **Analytics**: Monitor social media metrics and provide insights on performance. Assist in preparing reports on campaign effectiveness and social media engagement.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to support marketing strategies.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in content creation and reporting.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
