**Job Overview**:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory. This role requires a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work independently in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market conditions to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in [industry/sector].
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years Experience
