**Job Description: Receptionist**

**Position Summary**: We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team and represent our client, South Indian Bank, at their Head Office in Thrissur.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone, in English and Malayalam.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, with assistance of House Keeping Staff, ensuring it reflects a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the visitor sign-in process, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate records of visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling and managing meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Liaise with internal departments and staff to address inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Stay updated on bank products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

**Qualifications/ Requirements**
- **Experience**:Previous experience, not mandatory. However, will be helpful.
- **Languages**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Proficiency in other Indian languages, especially Hindi, will be an advantage.
- **Personal Attributes**:Professional appearance and demeanor, with exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as required.

**Note**: The receptionist will be employed by our company but will work at the front desk of South Indian Bank's Head Office in Thrissur. The specific working hours, dress code, and other policies and procedures will be in accordance with the guidelines provided by South Indian Bank.

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
