This is a temporary role for 6 months.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Operations and Control Activities:

- Ensure accurate Patient Data Entry
- Ensure accurate invoicing, collections and deposits
- Support in operations of the business unit, including inventory
- Adherence to all Company Policies /Procedures and Directives
- Accurate and meticulous Record Management
- Accurate Patient Appointment Diary Management

Administrative Activities:

- Facilities Management
- Front Office Management
- Attend to correspondence (voice / electronic / mail)
- Recording and maintenance of Travel Expense Reimbursements
- Co-ordination of travels arrangements
- Local vendor management, including purchases
- Petty Cash Management

MIS:

- Accurate and timely Sales and Finance Reports

Competencies & Skills:

- Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
- Be an advocate for individual and business customers
- Able to accept responsibility and manage pressure
- Should be friendly and mature individual
- Good communicator & strong interpersonal skills
- Honest and Ethical

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
