Front Office/customer Service

Job Description - Front desk Executive Cum Telecaller
1. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
2. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery
and material.
3. Answer all the customers questions and address their complaints
4. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them when needed
5. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and handling courier deliveries
6.Receive letters, Bills and Courier send them to appropriate destination
7.Visitor Entry maintenance
8.Tele-calling to the assigned leads or missed calls fo enquiry :Explain admission procedures and courses offered to prospective students
10. Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions as a representative of the Academy.
11. Maintain regular communication with students for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.
12. Perform Academy administrative and clerical activities when needed.
13. Build broad knowledge of Academy admission activities and guidelines.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
