- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond to reviews on ecommerce platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and market trends.
- Set and track ecommerce KPIs.
- Work closely with design, IT, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence online.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging ecommerce tools and platforms.
- Identify opportunities for product and process improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
