Cost SheetBatch Wise / product Wise
Daily Costing Discussion with HODs. (Power / Manpower / Consumable)
Inventory Discussion and get action plan from Plant.
Product wise Yield Discussion with Plant
Reconciliation of Costing P&L with Accounts.
Monthly Costing Profit & Loss A/c.
Freight Gain/Loss Daily/Weekly
Monthly Costing Profit & Loss A/c.
Daily Scrap and RM Claim debit note preparation.
Revision of Cost when rate increases of Consumables/packing/Tool etc. Prices and submitting to sales.
New Capex - ROI Calculation.
New Ideas for Cost Saving/Improvements.
Discussion with Management and HOD's
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to Management team.
Monitoring Expense Budget and Spending control through effective MIS reports.
Consolidating and updating budget and validation of Budget and Variance Analysis.
Other activities assigned by Management
