**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the overall Warehouse function of Raw material and packaging material.
- Responsible for looking after all activities related to RM & PM Warehouse.
- Timely release of raw material and packaging material from Quality Control Department.
- To ensure preparation, review and implementation of SOP's.
- To look after all activities related to RM & PM Warehouse.
- To maintain storage condition of material as per cGMP.
- Keeping stock control systems up-to-date and planning future capacity requirements.
- Preparation and verifying reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Responsible for planning, indenting, receipt, storage issuance and accounting of material.
- Timely release of raw material and packaging material from Quality Control Department.
- Control and handling of damaged containers and RM /PM materials.
- Responsible for environment control in controlled Warehouse area.
- He should be honest / flexible / hardworking and Growth mind set person.
- Knowledge of MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ensure operate the QMS software based on the role & rights provided especially Ample logic and ERP software.
- Knowledge of RM and PM warehouse.
- Knowledge of ERP.
