Job Summary:
As a Telecounsellor, you will provide remote counseling services to individuals in need of emotional support, guidance, and mental health assistance. Utilizing effective communication skills and empathy, you will connect with clients via telephone or digital platforms to assess their needs, offer support, and facilitate coping strategies. Your role involves maintaining confidentiality, adhering to ethical guidelines, and collaborating with other mental health professionals as necessary to ensure the well-being of clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct remote counseling sessions with clients via telephone or digital platforms.
- Listen attentively to clients' concerns, providing empathetic support and understanding.
- Assess clients' mental health needs, including evaluating risk factors and determining appropriate interventions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals and objectives.
- Offer guidance and practical strategies to help clients cope with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
- Provide psychoeducation on mental health topics, including self-care techniques and symptom management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting session notes, assessments, and progress reports.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of conduct in all interactions with clients.
- Stay informed about advancements in the field of mental health counseling through continuing education and professional development activities.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
