The Senior Financial Analyst - IMI BPA in this position will be part of the IMI BPA Hyderabad team managing and leading Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) teams working with SERCE Countries within Region Europe.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- The Senior Financial Analyst - IMI BPA in this position will be part of the IMI BPA team managing and delivering BPA activities in Hyderabad for SERCE Countries. Some of the key responsibilities include but not limited to Country BPA Operations
- Work closely with the Country BPA teams to drive process excellence, standardization and automation and best practice sharing
- Strong collaboration with BPA Operations Excellence team to ensure process automation, standardizations and simplifications are in synchronization with Country needs
- Identify opportunities for elimination of non-value-added reports and promote for maximum use of automated tools and standardized reporting
- Proactively lead discussions and alignment with the stakeholders in country/ region & local BPA team members on deliverables to ensure high quality and consistency
- Support in preparing business presentations (e.g. budget, business reviews, etc.) required by stakeholders
- Ensures quick turnaround of ad-hoc requests, providing accurate information/ analysis required
- Build strong network and engagement with global stakeholders and internal customers

**Minimum requirements**

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Chartered Accountant or MBAs (Finance)
- Self-starter, excellent communication skills, eye for details, accuracy oriente. Able to collaborate across teams and advise team members to prioritize various deliverables
- Project strong business acumen and ability to support ad-hoc requests (e.g., data research and analysis, business case development etc.)
- Able to be BPA in terms of business collaborating, planning, challenging and reporting. Prior Commercial FP&A experience is required
- Experience of interacting / operating with senior leadership and with an ability to influence decision making
- Strong Initiative skills to effectively work remotely and autonomously. 6-8 years financial and / or operational experience
