Primary Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the primary
section, ensuring efficient functioning and adherence to school policies.
2. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement
curriculum plans that align with the CBSE board guidelines.
3. Provide guidance and support to teachers, assisting them in developing
effective teaching strategies and methodologies.
4. Monitor and evaluate the academic progress of students, identifying
areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions.
5. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the
social, emotional, and intellectual development of students.
6. Conduct regular meetings with teachers to discuss curriculum
implementation, student performance, and instructional strategies.
7. Coordinate extracurricular activities, events, and field trips for the
primary section, ensuring their smooth execution.
8. Act as a point of contact for parents, addressing their concerns,
providing feedback on student progress, and fostering strong parent-school
partnerships.
9. Stay updated with the latest educational trends, methodologies, and
CBSE board guidelines, incorporating them into the primary section's
educational practices.
10. Collaborate with school management to develop and maintain effective
systems for record-keeping, assessment, and reporting.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
1. Graduation or Post Graduation degree with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of
Education) qualification.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a coordinator or in a similar
leadership role in an educational institution.
3. Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and board guidelines.
4. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate
teachers and staff.
6. Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
7. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and engage with various
stakeholders effectively.
**Salary**: ₹38,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dombivali, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Primary Coordinator: 2 years (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (preferred)
