Should have experience in Veeam Backup & Replication - Should have experience in Backup Failure issues troubleshooting. - Should know about administration of tape libraries. - Should know about optimize the backup infrastructures to avoid running the backup in business hours. - Should know about basic knowledge of VMware vSphere - Should know about storage snapshot and VM snapshot - Should know about restoration requested files or VM - Should know about Instant VM Recovery - Should know how to retrieve the backup server, in case backup server OS is crashed or configuration database is corrupted in Veeam - Should know about "Direct Access Storage", "Virtual Appliance" mode of backups - Handle the vendor for parts replacement - Handle the vendor for backup failure issues - Should know about ITIL process - Handle the incidents /SR /CR & problem Tickets
