Hybris eCommerce Scrum Master

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**What you’ll do**:

**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Project management for eCommerce and Services scope of work
- Develop project schedule and plan to access project risks and resources required
- Assign task to team and ensure delivery is done within agreed times
- Work closely with HPE Employees and Vendor Teams on the timely Delivery
- Running daily Scrum calls, follow up with on the issues to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Remove bottle necks the team by working with various IT / Biz teams
- Work with cross functional IT teams to ensure Data Requirements are met and provided to Development teams
- Work with Platform teams and enable teams with right platforms for smooth delivery
- Daily & weekly status update to stake holders - Biz & IT
- Maintaining regular design & Code reviews calls and get sign off from Leads
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, ensuring projects are undertaken in accordance with project plans and completion deadlines are met

**What you need to bring**:
**_Education and Experience Required: _**
- Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience.

**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Experienced in Project Planning & Execution.
- Experience in Ecommerce Programs is a Plus
- Hands on experience as software Engineer in the past is must
- Ability to Influence teams/ Vendors
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to meet with Biz & other IT teams to drive the meeting and bring Closure on open topics / Issues.
- Exposure / Experience in Agile Methodologies or Project Life Cycle
- Experienced in Creating & presenting Power Point presentation
