Traffic In-charge

Location : NH-4, Near Mohite Textile Mills, Ambap/Vadgaon fata, Kolhapur - 416112

Salary : 15000/- to 25,000/- pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate traffic operations, ensuring timely movement of vehicles and staff.
- Plan and execute transportation schedules for deliveries, pickups, and other logístical activities.
- Monitor traffic routes, driver performance, and road conditions to minimize delays.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers, dispatch teams, and other departments to streamline operations.
- Develop strategies for traffic management, including alternative routes in case of congestion or roadblocks.
- Ensure compliance with local traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and transportation efficiency.
- Manage the maintenance schedule for vehicles, ensuring timely repairs and servicing.
- Handle any issues related to vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or other traffic-related problems.
- Train drivers and transportation staff on safety measures and traffic regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Traffic In-Charge, Traffic Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and transportation management.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and logistics simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and traffic management software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
