As a Front Office Associate at our esteemed resort, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing efficient front desk operations. You will be the face of our resort, welcoming and assisting guests, coordinating reservations, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling various administrative tasks. With your strong communication and organizational skills, you will contribute to creating a positive and memorable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:Greet guests upon arrival, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and provide personalized assistance.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, creating a positive and memorable experience.

Check-in and Check-out Process:Efficiently handle guest registration, ensuring accuracy of guest information and reservation details.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely availability of rooms and smooth check-in procedures.
Process check-outs, including verifying final bills, collecting payments, and providing departure assistance.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the reservation system, including guest preferences, special requests, and room availability.
Maximize room occupancy and revenue by utilizing effective reservation management techniques.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
