**Job Title**: Trainee Architect

**Location**: Bhandup - West ,Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-time 10 am - 6 pm

**About Us**: We are an Architectural Design studio specializing in designing luxury villas, residential and commercial interiors. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drawing and Drafting**: Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- **CAD Software**: Utilize CAD software to create and revise drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to understand project requirements, and incorporate feedback and revisions into drawings.
- **Document Management**: Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and other project documentation.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- **Site Visits**: Participate in occasional site visits to gather measurements, verify existing conditions, and ensure accuracy in the drafting process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Arch degree in Architecture from any architecture college ( 2023/2024 passed out )
- **Experience**: 0 to 6 months experience
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in CAD software, with familiarity in additional tools such as SketchUp, Revit, or similar being an advantage.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on precision, detail, and accuracy in drafting.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi or English with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
