About Rocksport

Rocksport is Asia’s largest adventure program that introduces participants to the world of adventure sports and outdoor experiences. The program and experiences provide exposure to multiple elements of adventure and outdoor activities in a safe and controlled environment. For its innovative activities and training techniques, Rocksport Programs became the first in India to win the Education Excellence Award for “Best Adventure Education” in 2012. In 2015, the Rocksport Programs were awarded the “Best Physical Education Programme” at the Indian Education Congress. Rocksport programs also received the “Excellence in Outdoor Education” award at Adventure Sports Expo Asia 2018. Work life at Rocksport presents frequent adventure opportunities of participating in Rock Climbing, Trekking, Camping, etc. Those who are, 18 to 24 years old with a passion of working in adventure, amusement and hospitality industry in a professional work culture should apply.
- Ensure smooth functioning of activities at the park to increase guest reviews.
- Share program information with all the guest to increase guest participation.
- Deliver theme-based briefings with costumes to achieve highest level of program delivery/optimum client satisfaction.
- Work as group instructor in camps and programs.
- Achieve the overall revenue target by maximizing footfall at the adventure parks and up
- selling opportunities of other programs and products.
- Maintain all logs, files, reports, communications and electronic data relating to park operations, safety inspections and incidents.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility including towers, check-in areas, platforms, facility grounds and all surrounding areas of the park.
- Ensure security in the park by reporting information on all incidents, any unsafe or unusual conditions to the manager and stay on top of all emergency situations.
- Meet every visitor and build relationship to generate cross selling, up selling and referral opportunities.
- Support in executing monthly Local Area Marketing Plan to create awareness and build database of prospective customers.
- Generate, follow up and close group queries from schools.
- Attend to the queries of direct customer and close these individual queries.
- Actively participate and contribute to daily and weekly huddles, meetings and reviews.
- Participate and manage in public relation events and activities.
- Provide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients.
- Maintain and update different types of records and files.
- Comply with all existing and new rules informed from time to time.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate from Hospitality, Travel, Event or any other stream
- Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
- Good communication & presentation skills in English & local language
- Background of either sport, theatre, music, dance or other extracurricular activities
- Fluent in native language
- Passion of travelling across India
- Physically fit to be outdoors for long durations.
- Must be an Excellent Anchor, Game Coordinator, Public Gatherer, Stage Performer and Mic Coordinator.
- Experience in B2B and B2C Sales.

**Growth & Compensation**:

- Fixed Salary of Rs. 2.4-3.6 Lakh per Annum
- Attractive incentive structure after probation
- Half yearly performance appraisal in first 2 years
- Up-to 400% salary growth in 5 years

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
