**What's this role about?**

Key Responsibilities:

- Access Control Management: Define, oversee, and manage access rights to cloud resources, including critical data, functions, features, and business objects.
- Role Management: Create and manage job roles, duty roles, and abstract roles within Oracle Applications Cloud.
- Compliance and Security Policies: Ensure compliance with security policies and standards in conjunction with client. Maintain up-to-date documentation.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on security best practices and role management as needed.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve security-related issues, including interacting with Oracle as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure roles and jobs align with organizational needs.
- Proficiency in role-based access control (RBAC) and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
