Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
- Train or instruct users in the proper use of hardware or software. Verify that peripherals are working properly or not.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Install and test computer-related equipment. Resolve the problems in any software and hardware by coordinating with Service providers.
- Update Windows Updates & Patches in all PCs.
- Connecting Network Printers.
- System Formatting & Installation of Software/Hardware if Required.
- Maintain and update IT asset data in spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of CCTV and PBX systems.
- Be IT qualified.
- Have good English comprehension skills
- Be fluent in English and Marathi / Hindi
- Be comfortable with technology, especially using various softwares and apps
- Be comfortable with using Google Docs, Sheets, Drive and Meet
- Be organized in way of working

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
