As a store executive, one of your primary responsibilities is keeping track of all store inventory. This includes keeping an accurate count of all the items stocked in store.

**Responsibility Deliverable**
- Record Keeping
- Inward & Outward
- Material Collection & packaging
- Stores Maintenance

**Tasks & Activities**

**A) Record Keeping**
- Updating inward & Outward
- register.
- Updating the finished goods stock register on daily basis

**B) Inward & Outward**
- Accepting the material after QC is done, checking the Kit contents and entering in inward
- register.
- After receipt of Outward challan, handover the material to concerned person

**C) Material Collection & packaging**
- If required collecting of material from vendors
- Packing of material as and when required

**D) Stores Maintenance**
- Keeping the finished goods in stores in an orderly manner
- Ensuring store is maintained neat and clean.

**E) Issue Raw Material**
- As per Production order.
- As per Material requisition form.

**Measurement Metrics**
- Error free Inventory count
- Timely updating Stock
- Make sure to meet store safety standards.
