**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct color testing of pigments to ensure consistency with established standards.
- Measure particle size using appropriate Microscope
- Assess the chemical and physical properties of pigments through standardized tests.
- Prepare drawdowns of pigment samples for visual comparison against reference standards.
- Record and analyze test results, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Report any deviations from standards and suggest corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to address quality issues.
- Maintain testing equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in chemistry or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in pigment testing or a similar quality control role is an advantage but not required.
- Basic understanding of chemical and physical testing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to document and report findings accurately.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new testing methods and technologies.

**Training Provided**:

- Comprehensive training on color testing, particle size measurement, and chemical and physical property assessment.
