**Job Title: Procurement cold calling Coordinator**

We are a one-stop platform that helps companies effectively liquidate their surplus inventory. Our mission is to assist businesses in overcoming inventory challenges by connecting them with potential buyers and facilitating the sale, assisting companies to recover costs and increase their bottom line.
We are Antler Backed start-up headquartered in Singapore.
We are expanding our operations in India and are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to proactively engage with importers and drive sales growth in the Indian market.
**Position Overview**:
As a Procurement Cold Calling Coordinator, you will be instrumental in expanding our operations in India and fostering strong relationships with manufacturers and distributors. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct cold calls to potential sellers, engage with buyers, and facilitate successful bidding processes to procure surplus inventory for our platform.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively conduct cold calls to manufacturers and distributors to establish connections and initiate procurement conversations.
- Explain the benefits of using Surpluss as a B2B liquidation platform and its potential to help recover costs for surplus inventory.
- Engage with Seller to understand their specific requirements and identify opportunities for selling surplus inventory.
- Facilitate bidding processes and negotiations with potential sellers to acquire excess inventory at competitive rates.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales leads.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to make informed procurement decisions.
- Act as a liaison between the company and potential sellers, maintaining effective communication throughout the procurement process.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the B2B sector, with a focus on cold calling and engaging with manufacturers and distributors.
- Excellent cold calling and communication skills with the ability to engage potential sellers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to ensure successful bidding and procurement processes.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding procurement targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Salary: As per Industry Standard**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
