Position: Domestic Sales Representative

Number of Openings: 10

Qualification: 10th/PUC/Graduate

Gender: Male/Female

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in BPO

Shift: Day Shift

Languages Required: Excellent Communication in English

Salary Range: 20K CTC to 27K CTC

Joining Date: Immediate Joining

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Work Location: Office-based

Job Profile:
As a Domestic Sales Representative at Atria Process, you will play a pivotal role in driving our

sales efforts and contributing to our business growth. You will be responsible for engaging

with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and

services in a compelling manner. This role requires excellent communication skills and a

strong ability to convince and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers through various communication channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Present and demonstrate our offerings effectively to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and

customer loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers about our products,

services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless

customer experience.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasive and convincing abilities.
- Ability to engage with customers and build positive relationships.
- Sales-driven with a strong motivation to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software/tools.

Qualifications:

- Minimum educational qualification of 10th standard; PUC or Graduate degree

preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO setting, preferably with a sales focus.
