Telemarketing Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages and services
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customers' queries
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and convert them into sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and maintain a customer database
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and sales, to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or similar role in the travel industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of travel destinations and packages is an added advantage

**Salary**: Up to ₹100,000.00 per year
