**Responsibilities**:
1. Accounting:
- Manage financial records and transactions.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
- Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing and payments.
2. Communication:
- Facilitate communication between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring a professional and timely response.
3. General Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Streamline processes to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
4. Letter Drafting:
- Prepare official letters, memos, and other business correspondence.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written communication.
- Maintain a repository of standard templates for various business documents.
5. Calendar Blocking:
- Manage the director's schedule by coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Optimize time management through effective calendar blocking.
- Provide reminders and updates on upcoming events and deadlines.
**Salary**: ₹11,414.92 - ₹46,841.07 per month
