**Job Title: Merchandiser**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Factory Management**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily factory operations, including production, quality control, and logistics.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- **Personnel Management**:

- Supervise and motivate factory personnel, including production staff, technicians, and support teams.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers, ensuring workload distribution is equitable and efficient.
- Provide training, guidance, and feedback to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular inspections of production processes and finished products to identify and address any issues or defects.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with various departments, including procurement, engineering, and logistics, to coordinate production activities effectively.
- Communicate production goals, targets, and priorities to factory personnel and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding production-related matters.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Generate periodic reports for management review and decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Sound knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
