**Job Role**:

- Process designing and Process Engineering for Consumer Assets products covering key aspects of Workflow (Digital / Physical), Compliance, Risk, Legal Ops, Customer Experience etc.
- Ability to think thru end to end process and various touchpoints such as RA service desks, Branch, Call center etc.
- Visiting process to review Process in light of Fraud and Risk raised by RCU and ORM.
- Identification of Risks and Regulatory breach and provide solution to mitigate risks and control reports to minimize process lapses.
- Ensuring all Regulatory changes are implemented as per timelines given by Regulator.
- Working very closely with the Retail Assets Product team, Bank RL Process, RCU Team.
- Liaising with stakeholders like Compliance / Risk / Product / Legal etc.
- Indepth understanding of KYC and Other Regulatory Guidelines.
- Handling query desk for quick resolution of queries / clarifications raised by channels.
- Providing tailor made solution to Product / Operations for specific business requirement.
- Help Product and Operations for end to end execution of a Process / Digital Journey’s / new initiatives / features etc.
- Ensuring the Digital Journey controls and logics is in line with defined Process, Regulation and Risk perspectiveResponsible for the documentation of Business Processes, workflows.

**Job Requirements**:

- Indepth knowledge of HF/ AHL / LAP Business is mandatory.
- Overall knowledge of lending business is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- In depth knowledge about KYC requirements
- Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines
- Good Logical reasoning and data analysis skill
- Should be able to think proactively for process changes from Business Process Re-engineering perspective
- Strong Communication skills
- Assertive attitude
- Self Driven
- Good analytical skills & eye for details
- Indepth knowledge of various system of the bank like Finacle, Dot Net etc.
- Hands on Knowledge of Excel.
- Keen eye for market intelligence and competition.
- Strong follow up ability & keenness
